Ossa
Rod Roberts is a fifth generation Taswegian. His wife Cecile was raised in the bucolic hills of Switzerland. Together they are the founders and owners of Ossa, the new Tasmanian wine sensation.
Their initial vintages were sourced from fruit around the Apple Isle but from 2021 the fruit comes from their idyllic Belbrook Farm on Tasmania's East Coast.
The wines are made by kiwi Liam McElhinney, a partnership that was put on the map when the debut 2020 Ossa Pinot Noir won the Australian Pinot Noir Challenge in 2021.
Wonderful Pinot Noir and Chardonnay is supplemented by a gorgeous Gruner Veltliner.
