Returns
We offer free returns on orders for up to 100 days after purchase.
We’re all about long-term relationships at Different Drop, so please never hesitate to contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Some things to keep in mind:
- We can't accept returns of products that have been opened, or has label or other cosmetic damage (eg: it's been sitting in an esky with water and ice).
- We don't accept returns on Special Orders - this is just if we order the wines in specially for you, or you have had a minimum purchase amount.
- We don't accept returns on gifts or Shipping hold orders.
- If it's been more than 100 days since your order we are unable to accept a return.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if we think the policy is being taken advantage of unfairly.
My wine is faulty, what do I do?
If you believe a wine we have sent you is faulty please send us an email to hello@differentdrop.com and we will find a resolution for you. Where possible, kindly send us a photo of the cork or description of the wine and we will sort you out.
How do I return my order?
Contact us and provide your order details. One of our friendly team will help organise everything. We can do this in a few different ways:
- We will create an Australia Post Shipping label for you and you can drop it off at your local post office
- You can drop it off at our Sydney warehouse: F5A, 42 Wattle St, Ultimo, 2007.
When packing the return, our box is best but any wine box will do. Please just ensure the bottles are snug and secure for delivery. Once it has arrived back at our warehouse, we will process the refund to the original method of payment or through to a gift card.
