Gundog Estate
Gundog Estate is owned and run by the Burton family, with son Matt in charge, and the cocker spaniel Karl Marx providing the inspiration for the label.
As well as their Hunter Valley home, Matt sources fruit from the Hilltops and Canberra wine regions, making a tremendous value range of wines made from sustainably grown grapes.
Semillon is top dog, of course, and Matt makes both traditional and unconventional styles.
