Colomba Bianca

Colomba Bianca is a vinegrowers' cooperative consisting of almost 2,500 growers in Sicily, Italy. Founded in 1970, the company is headed currently by Leonardo Taschetta. Around 1,800 hectares of vines are farmed organically, with the wine made in five wineries across the region. They believe strongly in not only caring for the environment but also for their workers, which has informed their decision to farm organically in all their sites.

Colomba Bianca produces a range of wines in still, sparkling, fortified and spirits from 32 indigenous Italian and international grape varieties. They produce wine across a selection of different labels, sourced from various terroirs, aspects and altitudes.
