Charles Oliver Wines
Charles Oliver has been part of the Aussie wine scene for a few years now (after making the switch from being an audio technician), working alongside Owen Latta and Chris Dilworth at Eastern Peake in Ballarat.
He branched out a few years ago and formed his own eponymous label on the side, and it's certainly one to keep your eyes on.
His wines are thoughtful, with considered winemaking and utterly delicious.
