His range of Barossa and Eden classics are exemplary value and of very high quality. There is an honesty to the wines he makes and a charming rusticity across the whole range.
Tim has more than two decades of experience making wine in the Barossa and abroad. He has taken influences from his time the Rhone Valley, Portugal, New Zealand and infused those winemaking ideas with a classic Barossa regional style.
