Sidewood Estate
In the sloping corner of the Adelaide Hills lies Sidewood Estate - a cool-climate winery that has become well decorated with trophies and awards since its foundation in the early 2000s.
They focus strongly on sustainable practices, and prioritise preserving the environment and maintaining high quality of their soils, fruits and resulting wines. Since implementing various ecologically sustainable practices, Sidewood Estate has now become the largest fully Entwine Accredited sustainable winery in the Adelaide Hills.
The winemakers oversee the wines from grape to glass, allowing them the unique ability to continuously reflect on, and refine, the wines at each stage of the process. This attention to detail and care for the environment around them creates exceptional, flavourful, quality wines that are highly regarded in Australia as well as globally.
