Seville Estate
Dr Peter McMahon planted the first Seville Estate vines in 1972 at Seville in the Yarra Valley. In 1976, he and his wife Margaret released their first vintage and quickly became recognised as one of Australia's premium wineries.
Dr McMahon and Margaret's legacy lives on through their grandson Dylan McMahon - now the chief winemaker of Seville Estate.
Dylan crafts wine with the utmost care and respect for the fruit and vineyards, creating wines with elegance and finesse - just as his grandfather taught him.
