Rochford

The Rochford story began in 2002 when CEO Helmut Konecsny bought a vineyard in the Macedon Ranges. A great opportunity then arose to purchase the 'Eyton on Yarra' winery in Coldstream, which has now become a much-loved destination thanks to the live events held at the 12,000-capacity amphitheatre.

The wines straddle the affordable to the premium, focused mainly on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from three vineyard sites, including from further north from Toolangi Winery, which was purchased in 2017. The outstanding young winemaker Kaspar Hermann (Toolangi, Onannon, ex-Mount Mary) is the man in charge.
