Purple Hands
Purple Hands are an excellent Barossa producer crafting tiny quantities of some very elegant and flavourful full bodied reds.
Holding the reigns are Mark Slade and Craig Stansborough - the latter of which is chief winemaker at well-known Barossa winery, Grant Burge. Craig's own vineyard supplies much of the Purple Hands fruit. A distinguished ancient vineyard planted around the end of the 1800s forms the basis of the Planta Circa label. And the After Five Wine Co. wines showcase other special sites from around the region that they believe have a rare quality of character.
These wines exemplify the classic regional characters of power and presence and will reward patience in the cellar for die-hards of the region.
