Paul Osicka
Established in 1955, Paul Osicka planted the first vineyard in Heathcote, and what was understood to be the first new Victorian vineyard planted in 50 years.
From a family of winemakers with history dating back to the late-18th century, Paul Sr was a war refugee from Czechoslovakia, who was looking to start life anew following the devastation of Europe.
Following his passing in 2019, Paul’s son Simon has taken over, after working alongside his father for 10 years. Now into its 3rd generation, Paul Osicka wines have established themselves as pioneers of the region.
