Sarah, Mel and Joss are three women with a passion for wine - so in 2020, they decided to combine their forces into their very own project.
Parley is the label of these three powerhouse women, each with extensive experience in the industry - Joss having worked with lo-fi legends Gentle Folk & Commune of Buttons; Mel studying Viticulture and Oenology while also working at Commune of Buttons and Son of Dot Drinks; and Sarah having 20 years of experience in hospitality and completing vintages both in South Australia and Burgundy.
