Cooper Davis Draper and his partner Cat came back to Australia from Mexico in 2021, with only $600 in their pocket and a bottle of mezcal.
After a few months, they eventually settled in the Barossa Valley and decided their pursuit was one of deliciousness.
Cooper has spent the past few years building up winemaking experience across Australia, France and Canada, and he draws on all this knowledge for his new, emerging label, Oria-Riff.
