Lucien Lardy

Lucien Lardy inherited his father's Beaujolais vineyards and has since dedicated himself to preserving both the heritage of the vines and the spirit of his family.

He now looks after over 30 acres of vines across several Crus but it is in the Fleurie Cru that we see his best work. Floral, aromatic and pure styles that are artisanal without any of the rustic edges.

He is also a founding member of the Terroirs Originels’ a loose organisation of independent artisanal wine producers from Beaujolais and Macon - he is the antithesis of big, industrial Beaujolais!
