Les Vignes de Paradis
Fifth generation winemaker Dominique Lucas has found his vinous home in beautiful Savoie. He bought Les Vignes de Paradis in 2008 and has farmed the estate biodynamically since. The hero variety is Chasselas but he plays with plenty of other varieties too.
Dominique vinifies his grapes in an array of different amphorae, barrels, and concrete eggs, without following any specific path, rather trusting his intuition and intent.
