Domaine Fevre
Nathalie and Gilles Fèvre are the current owners and proprietors of Domaine Fèvre, a family-owned Domaine whose history in the region stretches back to 1745.
Nestled in the heart of Chablis near the village of Fontenay-Près-Chablis, the Fèvres are grape-growers first and foremost. Both Nathalie and Gilles have degrees in oenology, Gilles tends the vines, Nathalie makes the wines.
Their central focus is on preserving the unique characteristics of their family-owned vineyards. As such, the wines are all vinified as separate parcels to maintain quality. They are pure, balanced and made with integrity.
Their daughter Julie has now entered the family business bringing youth and energy to the label and ensuring the family legacy will continue for many years to come.
