Domaine Agnes et Didier Dauvissat

Founded in 1987, the Agnès et Didier Dauvissat estate is located in Beine near Chablis. Dauvissat name is quite a prominent one in the region, and while Didier may be in the shadow of his more famous cousin, Vincent, given that he trained under Vincent at his Domaine there is certainly a stylistic resemblance that goes beyond the famous last name.

While they are the newest of the Dauvissat Domaines, their vineyards now stretch over 10 hectares, with parcels in Petit Chablis, AC Chablis village and the 1er cru Beauroy.

Didier’s son Florent now helms the Domaine, crafting vibrant, zesty and mineral wines. Despite being relatively new in a region known for long-standing family tradition, Domaine Agnès and Didier Dauvissat have already made a name for themselves with their pure Chablis expressions.
