Domaine Bernard Defaix
Domaine Bernard Defaix is based in the small village of Milly, on the left bank of the Serein river that divides the Chablis. The Domaine is now run by Didier, son of Bernard, and his wife Helene, and comprises approx 25 hectares across Petit Chablis, Chablis, 1er and Grand Cru sites.
An early convert to organics, the wines are pure, clean and chalky but also have beautiful weight and texture.
