2022 Domaine Fazi IGP Ile de Beaute Rose
A sound introduction to Corsican rosé, this showcases the island’s more rocky and chiselled take on the style (relative to Provence).
Tight, tense, saline, with pink grapefruit and watermelon and citrus rind, it’s underpinned with granitic minerals and bone dry.
The international varieties in the blend give a little more generosity around its fine, lean feel – only 12% alcohol. Sophisticated IGP wine.
2023 Jules Rose
Outstanding value Provence Rose made from Cinsault and Grenache.
It's salmon pale rather than watery, dry and refreshing but still with flesh and flavour, and it leaves a bounce in your step, not a hole in your wallet.
There's cherry, watermelon, some tropical peach, and a lovely chalky texture. Provencal herbs can also be seen, but we may be over-romanticising here...
Jules is Julian Faulkner, son of the Faulkner family who took over the Domaine du Grand Cros in the heart of Provence, and who now make both prestige and bargain Roses.
2023 Gueissard Le Petit G Mediterranee Rose
Nailing the ‘Dry French rosé 101’ brief but with its own distinct character and personality.
Guava, strawberries, mandarin and satsuma, a crunchy and fruit driven palate. The estate’s house style from the higher level cuvées shows proudly here, through guava skin, red currants, tangerine/mandarin juice and a herbal undertow.
An easy, summer-in-a-bottle style.
2023 L'Arnaude Rose
The 2023 L’Arnaude Rosé is an irresistibly vibrant Mediterranean rosé crafted from Grenache (70%) and Cinsault (30%) - a brilliant find for those who value quality Provençal wine without the premium price tag.
Nestled in the heart of the Var region in Lorgues, Château L'Arnaude’s picturesque 20-hectare vineyard is surrounded by pines and cypress. The grapes, a mix of hand-harvested and mechanically picked fruit, are cold-pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, preserving freshness and enhancing its zesty, fruit-forward profile.
This rose pours a delicate pale pink, with aromas of citrus zest, wildflowers, and subtle vanilla. The palate is lively and refreshing, offering layers of light peach, floral notes, and a juicy core that’s vibrant but never overly sweet.
Perfect as a chilled aperitif or alongside fresh seafood, the 2023 L’Arnaude Rosé is a versatile wine for any sunlit occasion.
2023 La Belle Pierre Rose
Traditional, dry, salmon-pink Rose from a beautiful part of Provence. Only wish we could drink it in a quiet, shady village square.
It's 100% Grenache, and comes from the Mediterranee IGP, which is essentially Provence. It's delicate and fine, easy-drinking and inexpensive, and has the strawberry and peachy fruit weight to elevate it from the oceans of competing Rose.
There's even a touch of stony minerality on the dry finish. Yep, smash this with impunity.
2023 Chateau de L'Aumerade Cote de Provence
The Faber family has been making top class Provence Rosé from these vineyards since 1973. Now a multi-generational business, they are part of the largest family-owned land holdings in the entire Var region.
Like its big sister Marie-Christine, this is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, & Syrah. It may be their 'entry level' Rose, but it really is exceptional value, delivering all the perfume and vitality this estate's wines are known for.
True bargain for high quality Provence Rose.

Ordering
We want Different Drop customers to always be getting the best price. If you see a lower price elsewhere, just get in touch and we will sort it out for you. We handle all our price-matching on a case by case basis.
Some things to keep in mind:
- Retrospective price-matching is available for 30 days after you have purchased from us.
- The price match cannot be used in conjunction with a coupon or one-off deal we are offering. The idea is for you to get the best price in the market so if that is already achieved through a coupon then we won't price match on top of that.
- We don't price match clearance or fire sales.
- We’ll match the listed price as long as it is a legitimate offer and the competing store is actually able to fulfil the order (they have stock or more stock is en route). Essentially we won't price match cheeky vendors listing wines they have no hope of actually getting for you...
- It must be a publicly listed price. We won't match a price that has been achieved through a coupon/cash-back arrangement, or through a non-advertised offer over the phone or otherwise.
- It is limited to a reasonable retail quantity.
We'll treat each price match request on its merit and reserve the right to refuse where we deem fit. For example, particularly rare wines, from non-trust-worthy vendors, in circumstances we deem illegitimate or if we feel our policy is being unfairly taken advantage of.
At the end of the day, we'll look after you and use common sense to ensure you're getting the best price, please just don't take the p%$$!
No, feel free to mix it up! There is no minimum requirement. You can order wines in any quantity or combination, 1 or 50+ bottles.
We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.
To add a gift box to your order, simply add at checkout. The special requests box is your friend, please give us as many details of what you are looking for and we will try our best, or get in contact to discuss it with you.
If you want to bulk order gifts or if you have any trouble please email hello@differentdrop.com or call and we can try and help.
If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
