Thibaud Capellaro
Thibaud Capellaro is one of the most recent upstart producers based in the north of the Rhone Valley.
Slope is his negociant project where he sources organic grapes from surrounding farmers. At his home near Condrieu, he turns these grapes into a series of colourful, vibrant wines that defy the conventions of the region.
The Slope wines are made with a hands-off philosophy. Wild yeasts, minimal sulphur, nothing else added. His is an exciting emerging project that will be one to watch over the coming years.
