The latest in the line of Romys to take on the family business is Nicolas. He has made great leaps for the label. After travelling the world to study winemaking processes abroad, he took to making Rosé in the midst of the Beaujolais Nouveau boom of the 2000s. It was a great move and has won him many dedicated fans.
His wines are light, fresh and easily approachable. The perfect introductions to the Beaujolais region.
