Across his 13 hectares in the southern Cotes des Bars he knows each biodynamically farmed vine, each plot of land, each slope, in short, not a centimetre of his property escapes his attention.

His Champagnes are made mostly with no additions, no dosage, just with outstanding fruit. They are magic stuff.
