Burn Cottage vineyard was founded by Marquis Sauvage in 2002. He employed a rockstar team of world-renowned experts in all things biodynamic and Pinot Noir to kick off the project, including iconic northern Californian winemaker Ted Lemon and today's winemaker behind the wines, the talented Claire Mulholland.
