2022 Domaine Gueguen Chablis
From the villages of Chichee & Prehy, the 40 year old vines are planted on regionally classic soils of Kimmeridgian, and limestone. This Jurassic soil, with its maritime fossils, is what provide the wines of Chablis with their hallmark minerality and salinity.
The palate of this wine is fruity, well-balanced, silky, racy, and offers a light acid structure. It is slightly unctuous, with a faint nutty character in harmony with its yellow stone and orchard fruit elements.
Like all their wines, there is a distinct modern feel, while at the same time still being true to its origins, both respectful and representative of the terroir on which the grapes are grown. The perfect drop for any occasion.
2023 Domaine Fevre AC Chablis
The Domaine Fevre AC chablis is a great place to start if you're looking to venture into wonderful world of Chablis.
This wine comes from vines predominantly 15-25 years old some parcels planted in the 1950s and 1960s finding their way into the final blend.
The stony soils of the region impart a fine minerality to the wine and with no oak in sight, the freshness and soft texture here are a highlight.
This is Chablis 101 - sleek, fine-boned and delicious. This is great value from a family-owned domaine in the heart of the region.
2022 Stephanie et Vincent Michelet Petit Chablis
The 2022 Stéphanie et Vincent Michelet Petit Chablis is a unique take on Petit Chablis, offering far more texture and depth than most in its class.
Winemakers Stéphanie and Vincent Michelet draw from organically farmed young vines in the chalky soils of Bienes, Maligny, and Frye, where limestone and mineral precision shine through each bottle. Originally trained in Alsace, this husband-and-wife team returned to Chablis in 2007 to build their own label, diverging from her father Jean-Claude Courtault’s domaine to focus on wines with mineral purity and structure.
Unlike the lean, flinty styles often found in Petit Chablis, this wine brings generous layers of texture and richness from six to eight months on fine lees in stainless steel. The palate reveals ripe white nectarine and pithy grapefruit, accented by a subtle seashell salinity that’s quintessentially Chablis. Its vibrant acidity and fleshy texture are beautifully balanced, a testament to careful organic farming and the distinct terroir.
An ideal match for seafood pasta or fresh oysters, this Petit Chablis is both refreshing and satisfying. Perfect to enjoy now, it’s a brilliant discovery for those looking to experience Chablis’ mineral intensity with a touch of depth and ripeness.
2023 Domaine Daniel Dampt Chablis
The 2023 Domaine Daniel Dampt Chablis is a pristine and vibrant expression of one of the world's most iconic Chardonnay regions.
With 150 years of winemaking heritage, the Dampt family expertly crafts this wine from a blend of old and young vines near their family domaine in Milly. Grown on classic Kimmeridgian limestone soils and matured entirely in stainless steel, this is Chablis in its purest form—vivid, elegant, and true to its terroir.
Expect lively aromas of green apple, citrus, and a whisper of oyster shell, leading to a fresh, intense palate with a silky texture and crisp, saline finish. Perfectly balanced, it delivers all the raciness and vitality you’d hope for in a classic Chablis.
This is an exceptional choice for lovers of refined, unoaked Chardonnay, offering outstanding value and versatility with food—from oysters to charcuterie to creamy seafood dishes.
2022 Domaine Seguinot-Bordet Petit Chablis
With history dating back to 1590, the Bordet family have some track record in Chablis. Always the first wines to be released in the new vintage, Petit Chablis gives a sneak peak of what’s to come whilst the more prestigious vineyards of the region rest a little further.
Ageing in specially designed horizontal tanks adds an extra textural layer to Jean-Francois Bordet’s Petit.
A crisp and appealing white that's lithe, fresh and deliciously steely.
2023 Vincent Tremblay Petit Chablis
The 2023 Vincent Tremblay Petit Chablis is a pure expression of everything people adore about Chablis, crafted by a winemaker whose family has been deeply rooted in the region for three generations.
Vincent Tremblay’s grandparents started growing grapes in the limestone-rich soils of Poinchy back in the 1950s. By the ‘70s, Vincent’s father, Gerard, had expanded the family vineyards, now covering over 30 hectares across Chablis, including prized 1er and Grands Cru plots. Today, Vincent’s philosophy is clear and uncompromising: showcase the bright, mineral character of Chablis through organic farming and stainless-steel winemaking.
This Petit Chablis is an impressive example of his signature style - ripe, rounded, and unmistakably vibrant. Stainless-steel fermentation highlights the wine’s crystalline purity, allowing the limestone soils to shine through with a fresh, flinty edge. Expect zesty citrus aromas and flavours of green apple and pear, balanced by a lively minerality that keeps the wine taut and refreshing.
With Chablis volumes tighter than ever, this Chablis is one to snap up while you can. It’s the perfect entry point to Vincent Tremblay’s range, offering all the charm and finesse of Chablis at exceptional value.

Ordering
We want Different Drop customers to always be getting the best price. If you see a lower price elsewhere, just get in touch and we will sort it out for you. We handle all our price-matching on a case by case basis.
Some things to keep in mind:
- Retrospective price-matching is available for 30 days after you have purchased from us.
- The price match cannot be used in conjunction with a coupon or one-off deal we are offering. The idea is for you to get the best price in the market so if that is already achieved through a coupon then we won't price match on top of that.
- We don't price match clearance or fire sales.
- We’ll match the listed price as long as it is a legitimate offer and the competing store is actually able to fulfil the order (they have stock or more stock is en route). Essentially we won't price match cheeky vendors listing wines they have no hope of actually getting for you...
- It must be a publicly listed price. We won't match a price that has been achieved through a coupon/cash-back arrangement, or through a non-advertised offer over the phone or otherwise.
- It is limited to a reasonable retail quantity.
We'll treat each price match request on its merit and reserve the right to refuse where we deem fit. For example, particularly rare wines, from non-trust-worthy vendors, in circumstances we deem illegitimate or if we feel our policy is being unfairly taken advantage of.
At the end of the day, we'll look after you and use common sense to ensure you're getting the best price, please just don't take the p%$$!
No, feel free to mix it up! There is no minimum requirement. You can order wines in any quantity or combination, 1 or 50+ bottles.
We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.
To add a gift box to your order, simply add at checkout. The special requests box is your friend, please give us as many details of what you are looking for and we will try our best, or get in contact to discuss it with you.
If you want to bulk order gifts or if you have any trouble please email hello@differentdrop.com or call and we can try and help.
If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
