We ship with Australia Post who are currently operating well and generally on time. Please keep in mind this is a very busy time of year and the below is not a guarantee, just guidance based on what Australia Post have told us. We highly recommend placing your orders as soon as possible to ensure pre-Christmas delivery.

Christmas Delivery Tips
- AusPost are dealing with a lot of volume at this time of year and sometimes they don’t scan our wines right away. If your tracking says “label created” it means your order has been picked up by Australia Post and is waiting processing at their sorting centre.
- Please keep in mind it is a very busy time of year and if you order more than one case it is possible your wine will get split up and be delivered on different days. If this happens, please don’t panic! The rest of your order won’t be far away, and you can use the AusPost tracking portal to track the individual items by clicking the drop down next to the tracking number.
Shipping Hold
If you see a wine or a deal you would like but you’re on holiday, please place your order as Shipping Hold. We will pack and store your order and once you are ready let us know and we will ship it to your designated address.
